The Hong Kong Stock Exchange has recently issued consultation conclusions and other new guidance relating to listing applicants and listed issuers. In this seminar, the three speakers will share different perspectives on these developments, based on their respective experience as practising accountants and experienced executive in a listed company.

Roy is a Partner of the Capital Markets Advisory Group of KPMG. He has extensive experience in providing assurance and advisory services to clients in the process of their IPOs. He is also the lead audit engagement partner for a number of key listed company clients. Roy has served clients from a variety of sectors including consumer goods, real estate, logistics and transportation. He serves as a member of Council of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Jacky is an Assurance Partner of Ernst & Young. He has over 20 years of experience in providing professional services to clients from different markets and in a wide range of industries, including retail and consumer products, food and beverage, environmental energy, entertainment, construction, and manufacturing. He has extensive experience with IPOs, including advising on cross border listing as well as assisting state-owned enterprises with pre-IPO restructuring. Jacky is currently a member of Professional Development Committee and Professional Conduct Committee of the HKICPA. Jacky is also a regular speaker of various IPO press conferences.
Kim Man is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Hong Kong Electric Investments. He has over 30 years of experience in financial management and accounting in Hong Kong and other countries. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is also a member of HKICPA. He has actively involved in accounting education and professional development all these years. He is currently the Chairman of Accountancy Advisory Board of Lingnan University and the Chairman of Professional Development Committee of HKICPA. He is also a Panel Convenor of the Financial Reporting Review Panel of Financial Reporting Council.
