Gwenda Ho, Tax Partner, PwC
Gwenda Ho is a Past President of AWHK and a Partner of PwC Hong Kong’s corporate tax practice, leading the National Tax Policy Services in Hong Kong as well as the technology, media and telecommunications sectors. She has over 25 years of experience in providing Hong Kong and international tax consulting and compliance services to local, regional and multinational clients. She has been actively involved in a number of tax due diligence, corporate restructuring, cross-border tax advisory, transfer pricing, tax investigations, IPO and blockchain / crypto-related projects. She currently serves as a member of the Taxation Faculty Executive Committee of HKICPA.
Karen Au, Tax Partner, PwC Council member and the Taxation Committee Chair of AWAHK
Karen Au is a Partner at PwC Hong Kong’s corporate tax practice. She has over 18 years of experience in providing business consulting and tax controversy services (including onshore/offshore tax advice, application of tax treaty benefits, field audit and investigation review, and other tax disputes resolution with tax authority) to multinational enterprises, listed companies and local businesses. She currently serves as the Taxation Committee Chair of AWAHK.
