The Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) has been amended to introduce a new company re-domiciliation regime to facilitate non-Hong Kong corporations to re-domicile to Hong Kong. The relevant legislative amendments in the Companies (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance 2025 (Amendment Ordinance) comes into operation on 23 May 2025.
