IRD : Gaining Access to the Electronic Block Extension Scheme

To comply with the Inland Revenue Department’s requirement of submitting block extension applications or notifications electronically through the online Block Extension service provided under the Tax Representative Portal (TRP) starting from 1 April 2026, tax representatives must first possess their dedicated TRP Business Accounts. Account registration involves just a few easy steps. Tax representatives are strongly encouraged to register now to get prepared for the new compliance requirement early.
