Adam is a tax Partner based in Hong Kong with over 18 years of experience in Global Mobility. He specializes in Hong Kong and China cross border individual tax, providing cross border tax planning, tax equalization and employee benefits and incentive schemes design advice to clients. He also worked in the C&B and global mobility functions within brand management and asset management firms in Hong Kong and China. He has extensive experience serving clients in a broad range of industries, including: regulators, financial institutions, transportation and logistics, nutrition and pharmaceutical, and luxury brands, fashion and consumer products. He works closely with his clients to help them address cross border employment tax issues and manage the overall tax exposure and risks, and brings valuable experience from his work in in-house C&B and global mobility functions, allowing him to effectively balance strategic recommendations with practical implementation.

Iris is a tax Director based in Hong Kong, providing professional services to both employers and employees focusing on Hong Kong / China cross-border individual tax consulting and compliance. With more than 15 years of experience in mobility services, Iris serves a wide range of multinational clients from diverse industries on expatriates; tax and mobility issues, including financial services, information technology, and insurance sectors. She advises and develops practical solutions for clients relating to employment and remuneration structures. She has experience acting as the APAC tax operations and coordination lead for multinational clients who require services across countries in the APAC region and coordinate among various internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve mobility tax matters.
