CHINA TAX UPDATE 2009 SEMINAR
The "China Tax Update 2009" seminar was held on September 12, 2009. We are honoured to have Mr. Peter Kung, Senior Partner and Ms.Karmen Yeung of KPMG sharing their extensive knowledge on this topic. The speakers focused on the major PRC tax developments in 2009 including: Changes in the administration structure of State Administration of Taxation; Latest developments in transfer pricing regulations; Recent VAT and Business Tax reform in China; Latest developments in Corporate Income Tax Law and anti-avoidance cases; New tax circular regarding secondment arrangement.
