Participants were able to sight the hotline enquiry centre of the IRD as well as learning how documents and returns received are being processed and kept by the IRD. A heart-to-heart sharing session was held with Mrs.Alice Lau before her official retirement from the Inland Revenue Department as Commissioner of Inland Revenue.
