PRC TRANSFER PRICING
This seminar was jointly held with Lingnan University. Mr. Samuel Chan ,Tax Director of RSM Nelson Wheeler presented to us on the topic of PRC Corporate Income Tax Law (CIT Law), a set of anti-avoidance measures which encompasses new concepts such as cost sharing, controlled foreign corporations, thin capitalisation, general anti-avoidance, and also imposing mandatory contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation requirements. The seminar was well attended.
