Because of the frequent occurrence of suspicious scam emails or messages pretended to be sent by the Inland Revenue Department (IRD), the IRD today launched a designated email account at
reporttaxscam@ird.gov.hk
for members of the public to report such emails or messages. Members of the public can also contact the IRD through their hotline 187 8088 for enquiry and reporting.
