PRC tax and outlook seminar

There were a few important developments in the PRC tax policies and practices liked the further expansion of VAT reform in terms of industries and locations; the introduction of important tax rules like Announcement no. 19 on permanent establishment, Shuizonghan no. 165 on further interpretation of beneficial ownership; the introduction of Shanghai Free Trade Zone and the many new public cases on indirect transfers, price adjustments or beneficial ownerships, etc.
