It has become a household name as an ethnic Chinese enterprise as well as an international brand. As a century-old ethnic enterprise, Lee Kum Kee substantiates its core value of "considering others’ interests” in every aspect of it...s business operations. Lee Kum Kee has also lived by the principles of “pragmatism, integrity and constant entrepreneurship”.
AWAHK has specially invited Lee Kum Kee's 4th Generation, MR. EDDY LEE, to share with us how family culture and governance drive sustainable family business.
Eddy currently serves as the Director of Lee Kum Kee Company Limited. He has been srving in his own family’s Family Council since 2002, and is the Chairman of Lee Kum Kee Family Investments Limited since 2009 managing other investments of the family that are not associated with the two core businesses. He is also currently the Chairman of the Lee Kum Kee Family Office.
