Ms. Karan Sit, Associate, Rouse Legal Hong Kong Ms. Sit’s practice covers all areas of intellectual property (IP) including the filing and prosecution of trade mark applications, brand clearance and protection, portfolio management, oppositions, revocations, and settlement negotiations. In addition to this, Ms. Sit also has experience in the enforcement of IP rights and anti-counterfeiting matters and regularly advises on data privacy matters and the commercial exploitation of IP rights.
